they are completely disorganized. Took over a month for them to get back to my requests about why product hasn't shipped. I asked for my money back, then come to find out after asking about my refund two more times that they just shipped the product and will not be refunding me. I refused the package and got my bank involved.
We will gladly refund the customer for the device if they return it to us. We would ask that they please reach out to us with their return request. It was shipped in error and we will gladly help the customer to return their order, so we can provide them with their refund.
Bought vape for my vacation to mexico and am enjoying it by the beach right now. It would not have arrived in time if customer service didnt help me out with expediting the package through processing. Thanks Curtis!
TVape or torontovaporizer.com is an online vaporizer store. I believe they have a brick and mortar location in Toronto but as I live in Alberta it's a little out of my driving area.
I started using medical cannabis two years ago to help with sleep and anxiety. While
I was under a doctors care, I have had no previous experience with using cannabis in my life. Of course this was before cannabis was de-criminalized and there were way fewer vape shops around.
I found TVape while searching the web for information on how to vape. The website as a good selection of vaporizers. Both portable and the larger variety as well as accessories you might need. There are also vaping pens but that wasn't what I was looking for.
When I decided to order I called the customer phone line as I was unsure if I was ordering the right/best products for my needs. The man I spoke to was very helpful. I explained I was new to all of this and he went through the advantages/disadvantages of the products and suggested a few additional items I might want. In the end I bought a few of the extras and was offered a discount for the order. I didn't feel pressured to but the extras and in retrospect an glad that I did.
Since then I have bought most of my supplies from TVape (note: they don't sell cannabis). I've had no issues with their products, customer service has been better then I expected, and the prices are decent. I don't have a lot of experiences to going to other stores to make any comparisons.
This business is a ***. I ordered a product from them several days ago for $139.00, paying $10 for next day delivery, and still no product. Several emails to the vendor have gone unanswered. Their internet site has disappeared. It's impossible to contact them to complain or to ask for my money back. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY AS IT IS A ***.
