It is extremely difficult to read in good light and impossible in less thsn good light. I feel cheated but do not wish to cancel my subdcription.
After multiple emails stating I am not receiving my subscription that was paid for two years ending in April of 2021, I am still not receiving the issues. Twice I have corrected my address with them because the keep stating they are sending it to an address that is not mine. They corrected it once and I got one issue. Then it stopped coming and again they tell me the address they are sending it to, and again, it is not mine. I have asked for a full refund. They are incompetent.

im complaining about getting tv magazine offers in my postal mail im not interested and I want my name and address removed from there mailing list period!

Cancelled my subscription in Dec 2018. TV Guide said I had a $18.46 refund which I would get within 2 months as a credit to my charge card. I contacted them 10 times via e-mail or regular mail. They responded 4 times stating I would get a credit either on this month's card statement or next month. The last letter was dated 2//19. I've been waiting since last year. I am getting a run around, with them hoping, I believe, I'll forget about it. I just want my $18.46 back. Thanks.

I RECEIVED MY *** STATEMENT TODAY(10/11/2018) WITH WHAT I WAS TOLD A ONE(1) SUBSCRIPTION OF $76. WHEN I DIALED THE 855 NUMBER ON MY STATEMENT I HAD TO YELL AT AN AUTOMATED RECORDING FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE BEING IN TOUCH WITH A "REAL" PERSON, IN COSTA RICO!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN UNITED STATES. SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO A "BROOKE" WHO WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I SAID I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS. I WAS THEN TOLD I DID "NOT" UNCHECK THE BOX FOR AUTO RENEWAL. I THEN TOLD HER I DO NOT REMEMBER SEEING ANY BOX LIKE THAT. I ALSO TOLD HER I AM A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN (70 ON 1/1/2019) & MY EYESITE DOES "NOT" DO WELL WITH "SMALL" PRINT. AND THAT PEOPLE SHOULD BE NOTIFIED BEFORE AUTO RENEWAL JUST IN CASE THIS NO LONGER WANTED. I WAS THEN INFORMED THEY SEND OUT "POSTCARDS" & ITS NOT HER FAULT IF I DID NOT GET IT. AND I "DID NOT" GET ANY POSTCARD. I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT IT COULD TAKE TWO(2) MONTHS BEFORE I SEE A CREDIT!!!!! THIS IS ALSO UNBELIEVABLE.
I AM HOPING THIS IS THE RIGHT TV GUIDE, ALL IT SAID ON MY STATEMENT IS THEIR 855 NUMBER WITH NY NEXT TO IT.
