To Whom It May Concern,
I have been working with *** on her order. We were out of stock on the item and had the item shipped directly to her from the manufacture. We had a hard time getting the tracking information from the manufactureI finally found out that the item was out of
stock there as well and so they never shipped the item. When talking to *** via the telephone today she decided to cancel the order. I canceled the order and issued a full refund to her today.
