Jan 16th We sent a email Explaining We can not Refund or Process the OrderFunds were NOT Given to me by Card Processor ProPay. Customers have been Directed to file a Claim with their bank or Card. We Do not have the funds or access to themThey need to do a Charge-back claimVery
easy to doThere was no need to file a complaintI have no control over the funds of their order. Order was canceled due threatening and verbal abuse in emails as wellThere is nothing we can do at this timeThank you They will have to call their Bank or Debit Card Company file a Claim
Customer was Refunded
We Are very Sorry This Customer Had This situation Happen To them. We Were having issues with our Payment System back then in March- May and Some cards were Charged twice or Not at all and Some to much. We however Do not have the Amount that they Said here in their Complaint, I am quite Sure...
if there was a Charge for it that $ it has be returned them by now for some time. We are not a Scam company but Have been having a difficult time with Payment Merchant Systems. Many whom were Scams themselves by Taking customers Money then Not Giving it to us to process orders and then some were being charged without our Knowledge. We did respond to this customer later on after this complaint was filed and It's possible the emails got crossed. I would have responded sooner to this complaint however the email on file here with the Revdex.com was outdated due to being Spammed to death we had to remove it from our systems. We are a very transparent Company and Have MANY ways now to contact us with live Chat, Cell phone Texting and 24 hour Call line. We again are very sorry for the Distress this customer had to go through with our Company and Hope they are ok now. We did send the very lovely birthday Tutu they did order in a Timely, professional Manner and in good quality for the child's Party. To Whom May Concern, The Said Customer Has Been refunded and no refund is due. Cancelation was explained and the Designer Said she could not do it for the sizing reason’s {Shirt had to be Special Ordered} and that she was leaving the States to go to Greece for 45 days. It wouldn’t be done...
in time. No matter the explanation given to Customer She sent Vulgar Ugly Rude emails threatening our business in means that was unnecessary. I gave her direction to go to another Designer who would be happy to make the outfit by her need date. We stopped Responding to her Requests and emails due to the language and hostile behavior which we felt was not safe to engage further. We apologized and refunded and therefore are no longer able to assist this customer. Thank you
