Our father passed away in September We called the funeral home to make arrangements to have my father cremated That day the funeral home stated they had no electric but would come to our home for this which is only about minutes awayArrangements were made and they left We were all really to upset to look over anything the lady left After my dads services at the church were the funeral home did nothing,we had to set up all the flowers that were just left in the lobby of the church, go to the funeral home and pick up the ashes and funeral cards ,quest book etc We could hardly believe that this was not included with charge they gave us After looking at the bill it had stuff on there that did not make any sense so we called them Her husband answered and he told us something totally different than his wife did Nothing made sense and several people called from my family and there was always a different explanation Our concern is one spot they wrote an amount in f
