I finally got the resolution and refund that I requested on 9/5/15!  The BAR investigator, Casey Falls, cited them for 3 violations: (1) Non-compliant estimate; (2) Record keeping violations; and (3) Misleading Invoice Documentation. Please see the "copy & pasted" email from him below; and the attached copy of the invoices from Tustin Transmission.I INSIST AND REQUEST that you post my complaint on your Revdex.com website to record my complaint and notify others of possible over-inflated pricing issues!Thanks Again,[redacted]_____________________
