Ms***, My name is *** *** Regarding the customer concerns associated with this complaint, I responded to the customer and explained to him the following:a. Our Technician, Service Advisor and Service Manager confirmed that the tire would
not have held air if the tire valve stem was broken at the dealership. It must have happened outside our store.b. That being said, I offered customer a complimentary lube, oil, filter change and tire rotation ($value) for free for the inconvenience. Customer did not respond back to me after this explanation, but submitted this complaint to Revdex.com and ***. I hope this answers the concern. *** ***
