I purchased a mattress from Loom and Leaf and unfortunately this is the only company that delivers for them. This company has terrible costumer service. When I initially called to schedule the initial costumer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. I could hear other coworkers laughing I the background. They only work Monday to Friday and after explaining that it was not possible for me to accept the Tuesday delivery date I was told I would receive a call or a Friday was aviliable. The company sent me a text message to schedule the delivery once again this time I was told there was never a note placed stating a Friday was needed. After calling Loom and Leaf they told the company they do not come to my area on Fridays. This could of been expressed to me sooner. I would never recommend using this company. I cancelled my order.
