I am filing a complaint against Turnkey Realty due to breach of contract. Per my contract, I requested to have my HVAC serviced, they agreed and signed accordingly. Upon closing, I asked for the documentation proving service had been completed. The agent did not have the documentation. After 2 days in my new home, I was not getting any cold air in 85/90 degree weather. I finally received an invoice from my realtor for the service but the dates were for Nov and August 2019. In addition, I asked for my roof warranty; I still don't have that.

I want to be made whole for the out of pocket expense I had to pay to replace the dual capacitor I had to replace and my filters I bought. I just spent several thousands of dollars and I surely don't want to spend even more money within the first few days.

This agent didn't follow the contract and when I spoke to his broker, she responded very defensively and unprofessionally.
