There were no chairs for our viewing with hundreds of guests, their make up and embalming was HORRIFIC and when we asked to close the casket we were denied.
Flowers and arrangements went missing, their staff was no where to be found and had my relatives tending to most needs of our guests,
Our casket was the wrong size and simply did not fit our loved one.
Their staff member took us to the cafe area ( an office or private room would have been appreciated) to count almost 10,000 in cash after the first night where he not only miscounted the money but inappropriately continued to make jokes about how dangerous it is to carry cash now days .
And that was all the first day of service.. if I went into detail of how we were treated , talked to and denied the opportunity to speak to any higher ups when we requested, I'd simply be here all day long.
Funny end to the story tho.. after a month of conversations disputes and meeting , once they were paid in full my family receiving a survey, was hilarious.. and on our mail with their "deepest sympathies" they didn't even spell our name right .. it's only 5 letters
I called to receive pricing and information regarding cremation services for my father and without any consent whatsoever they went to hospital and picked up my fathers body and did not tell me. I've since spoken with other family that have experienced the same thing. They do this tactic so that you just stay with them and use their services. I had serval calls and emails with them and they did not tell me they had my fathers body until I told them I was going with another company. The other company came and picked the body up so do not feel like you are stuck with them and their unethical practices.

Verbal permission was not provided under any circumstances. I requested pricing from ***, I never received the pricing from her. I would like to be provided proof of me agreeing to have my father moved. Since I did not receive pricing, when speaking with Mr., it wasn't until our last conversation where I felt uncomfortable with their practices and that I would be moving forward with a more reputable company that Mr. informed me my fathers body was in their care and could be picked up at their location. I was shocked and in disbelief as Mr. can a test to.
