Mr. [redacted] is the best home inspector I have had the pleasure of using. He is extremely thorough and takes several pictures and videos. He is very professional and respectful. When the inspection is complete, he provides a full online (password protected) report showing all the pictures, videos, and written details of his findings. I recently showed his report to a roofing company and the owner was amazed at the detail in his report and the lengths Mr. [redacted] went to in order to provide the most thorough home inspection possible. It saved me another $200 for a roof inspection because [redacted] was so thorough. I recommend him highly and there are few venders I would recommend as highly as him. It is not likely you'll find better.
