I am rejecting this response because: My copies of emails here proove that the owner DID see the pcitures and also AGREED to consign the items She refused to respndseveral times to my requests for rough price quotes and dlevery costs

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this customers dissatisfaction. I personally attempted to have this client send me pictures that were clear and not on a zip file as we do not have a system that supports opening zip files. On the third attempt of explaining to him I was not able to...

receive his photos, I politely declined consigning them for him. At this point, he started demanding I tell him his account balance from 2014 and became very harsh and disrespectful of myself as the new manager and my company. I responded to his request for an account balance which was under 8.00, clarified the correct mailing address that I had on file and let him know I would have a check in the mail to him. There is no such thing as Reimbursement when items do not sell, nor has there ever to my understanding. His expectation that I consign his items whether I thought they were suitable for our company is what made him furious with me. I apologized sincerely to him via email for the miscommunication and have forwarded his emails to my corporate peers for their directive to me if they feel I could have handled it differently. As a 30 year retail manager/owner, sometimes you will never make everyone happy. It was nothing less than my desire to work with this gentleman, but I was not going to be disrespected and demeaned by him either.
