If you are considering building a modular home with Scott M[redacted] of Turn Key Modular homes in Southampton, NY, PLEASE reconsider and do your homework! He is nothing but a salesman selling you a home and as soon as it is delivered he will be nothing but dust in the wind. My contract states verbatim that he was to be the general contractor of our modular AFTER it was set. To my complete surprise and disappointment, Scott has never once set foot in our home to this very day - 6 months after the home was delivered. He did nothing to coordinate any of the subcontractors or oversee any of the homes completion, leaving me to do this job myself after he was paid to do it. Many things were wrong with the home and most of his proposal numbers were way off, leaving us to go extremely over budget. Do yourself a big favor and do research on him, after to speak to his clients and I am sure you will find that all of us are extremely unhappy.
