Turley Truck Service

Review: [redacted] I called Turley truck service for blown air bags on my truck. They where going outto tack care of the job, but apparently they couldn't fix it and my truck sat there all day until about 9 PM when I the owner of my company and mechanic drove to Pittsburg to take care of the cituation themselves. [redacted] charged us $522.50 and we questionioned what he did, but he didn't get the truck moving. If he couldn't do the job should of told us in the beginning. He did credit us $100.00 towards the balance but it was still high. Bottom line he didn't get the job doneDesired Settlement: [redacted] already gave us $100.00 but the work he provided was next to nothing cause he crimped a line.

Review: I feel this business is cheating the public and the government. My grandson was in an auto accident and he did the towing. He only wanted cash for his service. He charged me $175.00 towing charge; $8.00 mileage(it was 2 miles) $175.00 for special equipment(had to use wench to get car) $50.00 labor and $45.00 a day storage. He wanted to charge me $490.00 but because all I had was $430.00 in cash that is what he took. I feel that this is way too much money as it is. He wrote the bill for $430.00; but I did not add it up; but it only adds to $408.00. I am questioning the amount mainly because he would only take cash and I have had other vehicles towed for a lot less and further miles. He is a rip off to people.Are they permitted to only take cash? I am looking into the Corporeal who had handled calling him.Desired Settlement: Would like for him to pay us the difference of $22.00 back. (money order) Want it known just what an unfair business he is doing. He was also very rude. Like I said he is ripping off people.
