Review: Turfevolutions was suppose to deliver and install turf on Aug 24. no one showed up or called. I called and no answer. all phone numbers go to one man's cell phone - [redacted]. He said he was coming on Aug 26 to remeasure the yard and rebook the install. He did not show up. No return of my phone calls. the website for this company has expired a few days ago. I put down almost $1000 as deposit a couple months ago.Desired Settlement: I want my $991 back. I am going with another company of course.

Review: I had Pet turf installed in my back yard in April 2015. The company has a customer referral program. It states if you refer someone to them you will receive an incentive of $100 for the first installed job that is referred. I referred my neighbors ([redacted] and [redacted]) and the job was installed. I have e-mail correspondence from their office confirming. I know the work was completed but TurfEvolutions won't answer my e-mails or my snail mail in which I sent them all my correspondence and other documentation. This all began in May 2015 and still no response from the company. The last mail I sent was on December 7, 2015 by priority mail to the North Lemon Street address in Orange. No one has called me or tried to explain to me what is going on or why they refuse to honor their own customer referral program.Desired Settlement: I would like the $100 referral incentive sent to me.
