I had looked at other company's and the Revdex.com's "A+ rating" helped me make the final decision. I especially liked the ability to load documents up to Wyndham's website rather than filling out lots of forms by hand and needing to mail or fax. I am very pleased with Wyndham!

His optimism turned into reality, actually better than expected. I was very impressed with his responsiveness. It was very easy to reach him anytime I had a question.

Additionally, my loan officer, xxxxx, demonstrated a great deal of effort in developing his customer connections. Was very satisfied and would refer anyone to use this company.
We just completed a refinance with xxxxx assistance at Wyndham. I had great success with Wyndham in the past so I figured I'd use them again for a refi. It went great, processed incredibly fast - literally a couple of weeks, and the team was great to work with. xxxxx coordinated everything. Followup was super fast and he found the loan rate and amount that met our needs. Very happy with xxxxx and the team at Wyndham.
My wife and I just closed on a cash-out Refi in Texas thru Wyndham Capital. We were very happy with how the process worked. I do not think any Refi is an easy one these days but I must say it moved along very smoothly. xxxxx was great to work with and we would recommend him to anyone.
We worked with xxxxx at Wyndham, who made the process as easy as possible for our situation. He always answered our questions and explained the process and why certain items were needed.
From the beginning of the refi process till the closing, xxxxx was professional and helpful. If I had any questions, he would get me the answer quickly. If I was confused about something, xxxxx would clarify them for me. There where specific things we want in the refi, and he help by showing us different options. xxxxx was also personable and friendly. It was a great experience.
I used this lender because of xxxxx. Lesson #1: trust but verify. Should have checked numerous complaints on several sites online. We received numerous requests for the SAME documents, they were often unresponsive, and in the end, did not provide CRUCIAL information we needed to close on time. Despite a 800+ credit score, same job for 20+ years, steady income and solid assets, 3 years of tax returns, their approval process was so slow that we couldn't make closing date (though process started with over a month's lead time). As a result, Seller refused to extend contract, withdrew his house from market, and we lost $800 in inspection fees. Our house had sold so we were left "homeless"--living at a friend's, furniture in storage. Despite similar complaints I see here and elsewhere on the Internet (slow process, repeated requests for same docs, endless requests etc.), Wyndham makes excuses, blames the victim, and retains a high rating. But IGNORE THESE WARNINGS AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
We had several mortgage companies contact us through xxxxx and after researching all of the companies, we chose xxxxx with Wyndham. It was also reassuring that he was a xxxxx grad as my husband also graduated from xxxxx. xxxxx was very personable, upfront and easy to reach. There were many options available and he listed to what we were looking for. We were pretty specific for what we were looking for. He looks at the loan from every angle, like tax savings, interest savings, value over the life of the loan, etc. He made sure we didn't over extend ourselves by taking on a new mortgage that would be too much of a burden. His team (xxxxx and xxxxx) are superstars! They do a lot of the behind the scenes work and they worked their tails off to get us to closing. These two are on their "A" game. We started the process January 11th and we are scheduled to close on Feb.2. It's a fantastic turnaround time. We are super happy clients and will highly recommend xxxxx and his team to anyone looking to refinance their mortgage or looking to get a mortgage for a new home purchase.
