need more information. What product is she missing? I have no records of emails or phone calls from this customer.
When a customer calls Tupperware with a concern, especially about missing product, Tupperware immediately contacts the Consultant and her Director if necessary to get it resolved quickly. I have not received any emails from Tupperware, which is the way it would normally be handled on a first instance. If a 2nd call were placed by the customer with no resolution having been made, Tupperware would then contact her Director to handle the situation. Yes, it would be necessary for the Consultant to leave her name, phone number or email and what item is missing. It would be the only way to determine what happened; if an item was missing, if it was on back order (usually no more than 2 weeks) or if it had not been ordered.
I am sorry she felt pressure to book a party without all the information she needed. We try to be clear, however what we think we are saying at times is not always what the customer hears. As to repeated misinformation about sales and products, I have been with Tupperware full time for over 30 years and we receive on-going product training.
Once I can determine who the Consultant is and the product that is missing, I can look at this further. I am sorry she felt the party was not what she expected it to be, however paraphrasing for all the other guests without giving any information is not helpful in stating her case.
