I purchased a family platinum pass for $which let a family of four into the festival, once a day, for all days of the festival When we arrived, the parking lot attendants took my paperwork and gave us a golden ticket to take to the ticket stand When we got to the ticket stand, they gave us a wristband good for only one day When I argued with them, they told me that was all they could do So, I wrote to IBF and got a response from someone named *** who said that it was employee error and that they would give me a refund He said his cell number was *** and that I could expect it to show up within business days I waited days and wrote back to him saying that it hadn't shown up He said he would get a screenshot from their end I still, to this date, have not heard back from him I've sent two more emails trying to get an answer from themNow I get no response at all
