SCAM COMPANY
I received a call from Monique 10/25/23 I listened to the sales pitch and then I thought I was doing something good for my vehicle. I signed up for the $195 plan and then they said that they would send me a receipt which I didn’t receive until 10/30/23 with what looks like a generic form and not a true company letterhead. I want to cancel the account but they are very evasive on the phone and will constantly hang up on you. So if you’re reading the reviews and thinking that they sound like a good company read carefully because I’m sure that they wrote the reviews to make it sound legit. I was told that I can go and get an oil change on my car and to have the mechanic call them and they will pay with a company credit card. Thank god I didn’t get the oil change done yet because I’m sure that if the mechanic was to call the customer service number they would be hung up on. The customer service number that I was given is 8003516109 which is bogus. Now comes the fun part trying to actually get a hold of someone to cancel the plan and get my money back.

Tulip sold my 83 year old father a car maintenance plan that he does not need. My father is diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and has a faltering memory. I called Tulip to cancel within their notification period. I spoke with David K...on 1/16 at 9:08 AM and he confirmed cancellation. Tulip was also to send a form for reimbursement of the initial fee. Tulip has since continued to conduct an auto draft from my father's bank account.

Tulip Auto Protection is apparently responsible for billing and I purchased an Auto Service Warranty for what I was told was $200. When I received the paperwork and invoice it was $200 down and nearly $200 per month! I immediately (01-28-2020) canceled the contract and requested a refund. (Contract date is 01-15-2020) I also called my credit card company to block any further billing on this account. On 02-05-2020 I called to inquire regarding my refund and was told they would mail a check for the $200 and should receive it by 02-08-2020. On 02-13-2020 I again called to inquire to the whereabouts of my refund, they informed me they NEVER mail checks, they only reimburse to the credit card, but due to my closing my credit card account they could NOT return money to it. The card is still active and was never closed. Repeated calls are required every time I attempt to contact them, and they almost always go to voice mail and I get no return call. tells me they do not do ANY billing and have no control over refunds. Tulip, when I am able to contact them only give me the runaround.
