May complaint today is regarding the flooding in my apartment The bathroom started flooding in I alerted the property management number times since Initially I was advised that the flood was due to a drainage issue throughout the building He assured me on several occasions that issue was not only going to be fixed but my carpet will be replace However, as of today, the problem was never fixed and has gotten worseI have been reaching out to him since the problem started but there has been no resolutionFor this reason, I am forced to file a complaint for the safety of my kids as well as myself The constant flooding has cause the follow issues
- extreme Mildew throughout my apartment
- damages to my carpet
- damages to my downstairs neighbor apartment
- possible health issues to my small kids
- mold smell throughout my apartment
- weak floors
- dark spots on the walls
I am requesting you assistance in getting this matter resolved as soon as possibleAs I
