Review: I placed an order wit tuffRhino on 8/**/2013 . I have yet to recieve my order . Order # [redacted] . I have tryed to contact them several times [ 4 ] through email with no responce . The number they have listed is not in service .Desired Settlement: At this time I would like a refund of my money . We payed with debit card .

Review: Order placed #[redacted] on 6/**/13 at tuffrhino.com for 11 items. On 7/* opened ticket # [redacted] on their website requesting status of my order, no response from them. My credit card had already been charged full amount of order. On 7/* opened 2nd inquiry ticket #[redacted] on thier website; no response. On 7/** opened another inquiry ticket # [redacted]; no response. I had also left a voicemail message at their ###-###-#### number as I had called 2 pervious times & no one answers that phone number. On 7/** I received an electronic response to ticket # [redacted] stating my items had been on backorder & they would be shipped that day. On 7/** I received 2 of the 11 items that had been ordered, the invoice I received with the 2 items stated that 3 items had been shipped. It had nothing about the other backordered items. I have opened 2 more tickets, 7/** # [redacted] & 7/** # [redacted] on tuffrhino.com inquiring about the incorrect quantity shipped & the status of the other back ordered items. I have not received a response yet.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive all items ordered or a credit for the unreceived items.

Review: On 7/**/2013 I placed an on line order for 3 Occunomix - Ultra Cool Premium Dual Stripe Wicking Polyester T-Shirts - ANSI Class 3. Order number [redacted], price $79.89. I received confirmation of this order the same day, and my credit card was charged the same day. Today is 9/**/13 and I still have not received the shirts. I have sent no less than 3 emails to check the status of my order and have received no replies. When I check my order status through the website it says it is "processing".Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the shirts. If this is not possible, I want $79.89 refunded. I would also like to hear from someone at the company with an explanation and date of expected resolution.

I received the following email from TuffRhino and have forwarded it to my credit card company, so once I hear from them I guess it will be resolved.
