Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Regards,

The company that we were contracted for ( *** *** *** *** is no longer one of our clientsThe issue of delivery would be the responsibility of CCHS as they hold the customers contractWe cannot preform work that we will not be paid for and since we ended our partnership with CCHS
(***) they will need to assign another vendor that still works in their networkThe $was a service call fee for on minute period of diagnostic evaluation that will be reimbursed by the customers warranty company upon them assigning a new servicer
We no longer provide service for the warranty company that the customer is usingThis information should have been relayed to the consumer via his warranty provider as we have notified them several times that we are no longer servicing their networkThis service call has been reassigned to another
provider in their network
The claim that we are a secondary provider for [redacted] is completely false. We severed all ties with CCHS/[redacted] on 12/5/2017 after multiple issues with them providing parts and payment for claims. CCHS administers your policy and is required to send someone else to complete the repairs with no further charge to you. At the time we diagnosed the refrigerator we were still under contract with CCHS so your claims that we took the deductible with no intention of completing repairs is again false. I would suggest you 1)contact them to demand another servicer ( if they still have any willing to work with them) and 2) Find another home warranty provider who actually has the capability to pay servicers in your area. I am also going to reach out to them and find out why you have not been assigned another servicer as soon as we sent them out termination. If I cannot have them honor their end of the agreement I will send you a check for the deductible and fight with them for reimbursement. We will be in contact with you withing 7 business days.
I am rejecting this response because: It was reassigned since you weren't responsive. You no longer work for them since you couldn't properly fullfill your obligation on this service. You can't completely ignore a customer or just not show up when you want. You completely ignore my emails and phone calls for over a month before suppsedly attempting to come again with the part. Then you didn;t show up three times. At that point the warranty service reassigned the repair.
