Our GM spoke with the customer and we already had set up a return visit for July 28thUsing shingle shims are a standard practice in [redacted] and it is used on many of our display buildingsWe will go ahead and replace them with blocking, at the customer's request, on July 28th when we are back on site

We met with the customer on March 17th and have them scheduled for repair on today, March 29th

I ordered a Tuff Shed cabin shell in June 2016. At that time I was told that the entire process including design, engineering, delivery, and installation would take 5 to 6 weeks, depending on how long county permitting would take (the permit was issued within two weeks). It is now the middle of November and the cabin is still not ready for a framing inspection. This is not due to the work of the framing crew, but because of a major engineering flaw in the placement and design of the anchor bolts. The foreman will not respond to my phone calls, so I have sent correspondence with the general manager in Denver.
