No one told me to fill out any paperwork at alli called as well as *** *** numerous times regarding the warranty I still don’t have the info asked for
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
that is *** *** also tried to get the information needed and I stilll do not have the info or the phone number to call if there is a problem I was told that if I have and to use my sources for the phone number I left many more text messages with the number provided to me from the company in which is not adequate business behavior please advise with at least the proper info with a phone number

Case number [redacted] regarding the complaint from [redacted]. Tucks Trucks GMC helped [redacted] purchased her own leased vehicle. We helped her with the paperwork on 7/7/2016. [redacted] contact us on 9/19/2017 and requested copies of her paperwork, because she had lost her copies. She called...

again on 11/15/2017 and requested to send the paperwork again because she had missed placed the copies. [redacted] never asked us to cancel her extended service contract; we will gladly help [redacted] cancel her service contract. This takes about 5 minutes, all [redacted] has to do is come to Tucks Trucks GMC and sign the cancellation form which we will help her filling the form out
