The company switched financing plans from the loan I signed for. The owner agreed to make 1year of payments for me and credit my account for items I returned. The company failed to make a payment and I was issued a late payment remark on my credit report. I was not issued a credit for the items I returned until I went to the store and demanded my credit. I have been promised for 6 months a letter stating my new payment terms but no letter has been written. No one at the company returns calls or contacts.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the oversight on Mr. account. Unfortunately, we are unable to request revisions to his credit report and he must personally do so; however, I am happy to report that we have come to a satisfactory arrangement with Mr. since his filing this complaint.

I got this Hot tub, and the blue tooth will not work thy cam out replaced a part and told me it works, I get home and still not working, I called them and told them it's not working, and thy basically told me I don't no how to work it, I told them it the button just sits their and blinks will not shut off or turn on or sink with my phone. Ask if thy could send some one out on Friday and meet up with me, I get home 4:30 come around no show, I called them, she said she fined out what's going on and call me back. Teck calls me and said it is working I sad no its not that why I wanted you here to show you whats going on. I have had this tube for almost two years now I no how to use the blue tooth.
I’m sorry that you feel you have had an unsatisfactory experience with our service department. I ensure you we take these kinds of complaints very seriously.
We will not hesitate to service your spa; however, your unpaid balance must be paid before we can send another technician to your home. Once your balance is paid, please contact our service department at your earliest convenience with a day and time that works for one of our technicians to meet you at your home. Due to the nature of the proposed problem, we do ask that you be home at the time of service as our technician had your blue tooth system working properly for 15 minutes while he was at your home on 05/08/2018.
Please note, if the system does prove to be in proper, working condition and there is no service needed, you will be required to pay our standard $200.00 service call fee.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Service Manager, Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. We look forward to resolving this matter.
