Tub Savers

we had a crack in the bathroom tub in our lake tahoe vacation home. [redacted] who is the owner claimed he can fixed it and provide lifetime warranty ( "just give me a call if it happens again" is what [redacted] said ). We paid $300 for the repair and the crack showed up again after lightly used tub less than 5 times. We have called him and emailed him about 3 weeks with no response from him.Desired SettlementWe want [redacted] to give us full refund $300 for the repair. Although tub saver claims he can fix all kinds of problem with old tub, based on our experience with [redacted], we don't think what he did really works.
