TTR Shipping delivered the equipment in question to the consignee in good condition as signed for at delivery. See Proof of Delivery attached. TTR had been in communication with the customer on several occasions regarding the delivery of the unit, specifically the condition that was
compromised at our facility. The machine had been repaired by a certified technician and delivered to the consignee in good working condition. No additional expenses were incurred by the shipper and we have not received any communication regarding this unit since its delivery completed on 10/6/17. Please advise if any additional information is requested at this time, otherwise this matter has been resolved
