Review: I have been a customer of T.T. Tailor Alterations-Cleaner for many years. I take all of my shirts there to be laundered. In [redacted] I left two men's dress shirts size [redacted] on a blue [redacted] Classic button down and the other and blue [redacted] shirt - for laundering. My claim check is numbered [redacted]. When I returned the shirts the proprietor insisted that I had already picked up the shirts because there was a check mark in the spiral notebook she uses to track her business. I had not picked up the shirts. I know exactly the which shirts are in question, and I have carefully searched to be sure that I do not have them. I owned only one of each of the type of shirts that are missing. I have subsequently returned four times, and after the owner looks and can't find my shirts, she returns to falsely accusing me of having picked them up. I still have the claim check in my possession. I would like to get my shirts back or receive appropriate compensation for two good condition high quality used dress shirts.Desired Settlement: Return of missing shirts or appropriate compensation for two good condition high quality used dress shirts.
