Doing business with T&T Estate Services has been an absolute pleasure. They handled our estate property with efficient, professional and personable quality. They were timely in their communications, both in initiating or responding to E-mails and phone calls. They sought and sold our motor vehicles and firearms well within the range that they appraised them for. As a Co-Personal Representative for the estate, I have to say that we were truly pleased with our experience with T&T Estate Services. I would give them 5 stars only because there aren't 6.

To whom it may concern, at a time of sorrow with the passing of my mother I was in need of making an inventory of the estate property and storing it. I was referred to T @ T Estate Services. [redacted] not only handled me with great compassion but went above and beyond my highest expectations to my delight. By rating their company on a 1 - 10 and 10 being the best I would give them a 15 plus!! I would recommend them to everyone needing a professional and personable company. I unfortunately went to one of their estate sales today. After paying for the items I purchased, I asked the woman who collected my money if she had a bag or was going to wrap the items. She then told me there were bags under the table and paper in a box by the table and I could wrap my own. If I had not already paid for the items I would have instructed them to just keep the items, just for information the owner was there while this occurred, I can only assume this is their standard practice.

I am the only child of a divorced couple. I live on the east coast. My mother had been a resident of Sun City for the last twenty years. We have no family out west and, when she passed she no longer had any friends there either. I obviously was in need of help handling her estate. The law firm I chose to handle the legal matters referred T&T Estate Services for help with the other matters. That reference turned out to be Absolutely Priceless ! After our first meeting I was armed with good information and options to make the necessary decisions and move forward. As it turned out, they were able to help with just about every aspect of the estate. Mom had a grandfather clock that had been in the family for three generations. T&T referred me to a clock guy to prep it for shipping. That said, Mom had lots of antiques. The folks at T&T are pretty much experts in that field and know / have contacts with many others be it San Fran, L.A. even New England for that matter. That was cool because Mother had a lot of Colonial pieces. During her time in Arizona Mom became fascinated with Indian folklore and collected quite a bit of stuff. T&T arranged a meeting for me with a expert in the field who consulted with me on her collection and we took care of that. There was a point I needed to change real estate agents, there was T&T with yet another invaluable reference. It was my new real estate agent who referred two great General Contractors to ready the house for the market. I really hated that I had to choose only one. When we closed the account, I wrote to T&T about how incredibly pleased I was with all their help. I said to one of the owners how I had been dreading making the trip to handle Mom's estate but, that they had managed to turn that frown up side down.

SERVICES is the key word here. My experience with T&T could not have gone smoother or, been any better.

well for starters they will list some and pull it the reason they this is because they sell it to there friends before anybody gets a chance to get to it whats the point of listing something if your just gonna sell it to your freind why dont you have your freind come by before you list it ....... I WILL NEVER A DAY IN MY LIFE GO ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR ESTATE SALES THANX
