Customer came in 3 months later after being approved looking for her $100 deposit back. My salesman is not authorized to give money back. He would have to ask me([redacted]) for the customer to get it back. We have just resolved the issue and we will be crediting her credit card for the $100.
Review: I had came to T&T to find a car. I gave a hundred dollar hold for a car I was interested in. During the time the loan officer was looking for a bank to finance, I had found another car threw a different dealership. I immediately called the dealership and left a detailed message informing them to please accept my apologies but I would not be needing there services and to put the car back on the market. At first I couldn't locate my receipt for the deposit, so I continue yes looking for it. When I finally found it and went to them I was shocked at the way I was treated. The gentleman who had originally took my deposit was extremely rude and informed me he was not going to give me my money back because I never called him. After a few minutes of me telling him I want my deposit back he informed me he would have to talk it over with his boss. I witnessed the [redacted] walk in the building and walk out immediately after our conversation.Desired Settlement: I just want my deposit money back. I did call the gentleman and I have my receipt. I feel there is no reason for this behavior nor any reason to keep my money. It's unsettling to be subjected to such outrageous practice.
