I use TSYS at my dry cleaner and for the most oart they do what they say, they process our transactions and charge us for it My problem is I have no accountability of the amounts they charge and they have denied me access to the account page numerous times after calling and asking kindly for help multiple times to the point the service rep just told me, there's nothing we can do for you Which means I cannot review all my charges and I am left trusting that they will do everything correct and not make a mistake like charging me for equipment I didn't need, but thats besides the point I still want access to see my accounts settlement and see how much they actually refunded me, how much they actually charge me without me just trusting them, I have emailed their customer service email and even threatened to take my business else where and they don't even respond I would rather deal in cash and never have to deal with this organization ever again, there and hundreds of credit card processors find one that actually gives a crap about your business
