The company took my money and waited until a month to put in my orderMy daughter took the picture on April 8th and they submit the order to the printer company on May 29th

Very unfortunate experience with TSS Photography based in FranklinOur church basketball league used them for both team and individual pictures; we purchased both back in early TSS used a green screen to take individual shots and then superimposed the individual shots to create a team pictureOur daughter was accidentally left out of the team picture - both in the team picture we received as well as all of the team pictures purchased by her teammatesFrom our perspective it seemed like a relatively easy issue to correct, but we could never get in touch with the businessI left a message, gave them a week or so to return the call, but we never heard backLeft another message or two over the course of a few weeks and again, never heard backThen recently the company had the nerve to send a marketing email entitled, "Can you believe it's been a year?" with another general offer for us to buy prints of our daughter from that same basketball photo sessionI thought, "Maybe they were going through a rough patch last year when I tried to get this issue addressedI'll call them and give it another try -- another chance to take care of this." NopeLeft ANOTHER message and still have not received a return phone call over a week laterThis is completely unprofessional and demonstrates their total disregard for their customersIt's actually kind of shockingIf this is common practice for them, I'm not sure how they are still in business

Review: I ordered pictures from them for my daughter. There where for her softball team. I noticed that everyone else received theirs and I never got mine. I called and e-mailed them. No RESPONSE. I waited and waited. So I called the cooperate office. I had to actually fill a complaint to get pictures. The pictures were horrible. My daughter's pictures looked like they were riped out of the printer and stuffed in the package and sent to me. Not to mention I am missing photos. I am trying to reach out to them to get my photo's redone. I have not heard nothing. I have called cooperate and they to have reached out to them and they have heard nothing as well. I just want my daughters pictures done right. They owe it to her. I am owed 3 buttons 2 key chains1 textured team mate1 dry erase calender2 photo Magnets8 wallets1 square key chainWhich made my total 67.00 including tax. I want my pictures. I am at the point where being nice is no longer an option. This issue has been going on since May and I am now to the very angry.Desired Settlement: I want my pictures done right. I want them made nice and out to me the way they should be.
