Ms [redacted] ,We do not have a record of any emails from the client That said, we have recently identified a problem with our anti-spam procedures that blocks all outgoing AND incoming emails from email addresses which have "hard bounced" We are working to correct this so that incoming emails will still be received.We have two voicemails that are either such poor recording quality or the speaker has such heavy accent that we cannot understand the message We have reviewed these two voicemails in light of this complaint, and one of them MAY be from Mr*** We still cannot tell definitively.Our website DOES allow people to cancel their subscriptions Mr [redacted] must have missed that feature Also, part of our service is a weekly email Every one of these emails has an "UNSUBSCRIBE" button at the bottom.All this notwithstanding, we will immediately refund Mr***'s charges all the way back to his initial subscription date Please note: our setup with authorize.net only allows us to refund one transaction per day - so it will take us a few days to refund all of his charges.Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention Obviously, we do not want anyone to be unhappy with our service.Please contact me with any follow up details[redacted] Founder, TSP Watchdog
