It is now 2018, and I have been getting harassing phone calls from a collection agency regarding more than $I allegedly owe for complementary visitsThey waited FIVE YEARS to send me to collections, for visits that were supposed to be free
If this office legitimately believed I owed them a few hundred dollars, why did they wait five years to send me to collections? The office also appears to be unwilling to work with me personally to have this debt resolved
