The leak in the air-conditioner was caused by another contractor the customer hired to install a custom closet inside the wacloset and while doing so put a screw through the AC pipe We were there several times to try to find the problem by checking pressure, etc We realized what
the problem was when we were there in October to service his AC We informed him of the problem and told him we would be back in the spring to fix it but that it would be an extra charge because the problem was caused by another contractor We waited until spring to fix the leak to save the customer money We would have had to charge the AC system twice, which would have been a double cost to the customer We have an appointment with the customer today to resolve all issues

Review: I have called numerous times to TRV for my heating balance in my new house. My first called was made in middle of February and until this date they still have not addressed the problem and telling me they do not have the equipment and I will be called when they are able to come. Because of no heat in my master bedroom, we have to increase the house temperature which resulted in my heating bills averaging approx. $250.00 a month. Also, my air-conditionar had a leak which was found by them back in October and told me they will fix it in the spring. I have made the calls for both problems and still waiting on them to fix both itemsDesired Settlement: if they can finish the job, would be greatly appreciated. Have made complaint to the builder but it seems like it is going on deaf ears. You are the last hope before I have to find someone else and pay for the service which was already paid for.
