Requested a SAME DAY Septic Tank inspection based on the original contractor cancellation. SAME DAY due to our inspection contingency expiring that evening for the real estate purchase. THTI agreed on the same day inspection. On site, they couldn't find the septic tank, so they called my realtor for the plat. My realtor provided the plat immediately. Instead of working the issue, they decided to go home and conduct the inspection the next day, WHEN THEY ALREADY KNEW that the inspection contingency was expiring that day. When we called the next day asking for the report, they DENIED having been told about the contingency due date. They lack integrity, work ethics, and job skill to even locate the septic tank without a plat. Do not trust them, and do not use them.
