Trust Deals Mart

I purchased an item on trustdealsmart.com on August 1, 2019. I received notification and a tracking number for *** service (I’ve never heard of that mailing service before) saying that my item shipped. When I checked the tracking number, it says that it was delivered to me on August 22, 2019, but I can confidently say that I never received the item. It was a gift for my daughter’s birthday (which has now come and gone) and I was charged for this item so I either want the item I paid for or I wand a refund.
What is odd to me is that I never heard of that shipping company before and also, the website is trustdealsmart.com but the e-mail confirmation I received says Trust Deals Mall. The status on he website says “paid”, not complete or anything. I have reached out to the company, but have never heard back from anyone.
