I ordered one of their plus bras. I eventually received the product but it was not true to size and need a bigger cup size. So I tried to start a return online but it did not give me the option to return or exchange. I contacted customer service and they fixed the online issue so I was able to request an exchange for a larger size. I requested the exchange and returned the product I had initially received. This was in January 2020... I have patiently waited 3 months for my replaced product to arrive and still nothing... I am NOT happy with this company and they need to make it right whether they are still in business or not...

I contacted Trusst Lingerie for a shipping label to return an item that did not fit. Label was delivered and I returned the item - UPS tracking confirms delivery.

After one week I attempted to email and phone the company to ask about my refund. I found that email cannot be delivered, the website is no longer accessible and the phone number is not in service.

This company is all over Google and not hard to find - unless you try to contact them now.

Refund amount should have been $36.20.
