They took money from us in April and agreed to start work right away. They won't answer our calls and failed to show up on every date they've given us
We contacted them in February and paid them $7900 in April. They won't answer our phone calls or email messages. They've made promises to show up and begin work several times and they never come and only send us a brief text msg after we reach out multiple times. The tarps they put on have been loose for months and they won't come out to at least fix those so the damage doesn't get worse. We told them as soon as we saw the first one flapping in the wind. They purchased shingles in May and had them dropped off in our driveway saying they would start work later that same week. It was right after Mother's Day. Nearly 2 months later the pallet of shingles is still blocking access to our garage and our neighbors are threatening to get our HOA involved because we're having to park against subdivision rules on the street. We have also heard complaints about the tarps hanging haphazardly down the roof in an unsightly way. My wife and I have called, emailed, or texted the company representative, *** at least once a week since we turned over funds from the insurance claim to them in mid-April. Someone sent us an email message at the beginning of June stating that the owner of the company had unfortunately had an accident but assuring us that the job would get done as soon as possible. My wife heard from *** via text message that they were coming the last Friday in June. When they didn't show up we tried contacting them and got back a message saying that it was scheduled for July 6th "for sure." Today is July 6th and we have not seen or heard from them and again they won't answer our calls. I want to attempt settling this via the Revdex.com before filing litigation.
I wsnt the roof and garage ceiling fixed or I want the money back so that we can work with a different company who will get the job done in a timely fashion.
