They overcharge customers all the time just research the reviews on social media etc. Had to wait to have bill adjusted then working with no day off and all while they sent my account as separate accounts to collections as if I had not been in contact with them. Also watch because they will change the name on their services to charge you more. Just take notes of everything you want and the cost cause I guarantee they will overcharge you.
