I purchased some eye creme and other items from retailer in Kona, HI. While I was on vacation. Of course I was lured in by a consultant who offered me a free treatment which would remove lines and puffiness from my eyes. It seemed to make an improvement, so I went ahead with their offer, several hundred dollars in products. The next day I had an allergic reaction where my eyes were itching and watering. When I returned home later that week I contacted the number on my receipt and could not reach anyone, so I left a message. I never heard back after several days, so I kept calling. Finally a guy answered "Hello." I thought maybe I had the wrong number. He advised me that my reaction must have been caused by the sun, not the product. He advised me to open it and try it again and that he would refund me if there was still an issue, I did the next day and had the exact same reaction. I could never reach him again after many attempts. I then tried Truffoire customer service by email, who advise me that they would try to reach the Kona location. They responded several days later saying that someone would be contacting me from the store. I never heard back, so I kept trying the phone customer service, but they kept saying that they could not help since it was purchased from a retailer. I eventually reached someone a couple of weeks later who said they would refund me for the purchase, after I explained. They even transferred me to a validation service to provide my credit card for the refund. This made me nervous, but I went ahead. It's been over 2 months now and no refund ever appeared. I kept trying to reach customer service with no success. Eventually I received a message saying that their number could not be reached from my calling area. My emails have also gone unanswered.
Do yourself and avoid this company at all costs. If you are not satisfied or have a bad reaction to their products, they will not stand by it.

I honestly cannot attest to the validity of any of their so-called skin care products but if they're to be based on the shady, misleading claims of the "representatives" hawking them at pop-up stores located in tourist destinations I doubt they're worth the unsealed packaging they're sold in - at excessively high prices that come down the moment a customer expresses the slightest concern they're too expensive. Listen carefully to what the sales pitch is, do some research and you'll quickly find a load of BS lurking behind the this-is-too-good-to-be-true claims. I started to fall for the gimmick and then stopped things from going too far, which they easily could have. There are swindlers out there and these guys are at the top of their game so beware.

I have used so many skincare products and spend lots of money on them but when I used truffoire skincare product I found a good result now I continuously using truffoire product from a very long time and don't try any other product, thank you truffoire for giving that kind of natural products

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! Truffoire Black Truffle Instant Repair Syringe product I bought was a scam. I was approached by a very “aggressive” saleswoman at an air show in Florida. The woman applied the serum to my eyes and it appeared to work. Her starting “sales price” was $249. I laughed her & said I didn’t need it that bad. She insisted we negotiate down and after attempting to leave several times, she agreed to sell it at $99 (I should have known it was a scam with her high original asking price & that she could give me such a great discount).
When I used it at home before an event I was getting ready to attend, getting the product out of the syringe not only didn’t come out at 1st but there were “air pockets” where nothing came out. I used it a week later and at 1st nothing came out again so I tap it thinking the product might be thick (it wasn’t) but only a very little came out (not even enough to apply to both eyes) and THAT WAS THE END OF WHAT PRODUCT WAS IN THE SYRINGE! I then realized the bottle the saleswoman sold me was barely even partially full and what was left didn't seem to work the way it did with the salesperson.
I then read various complaints against this company and apparently this is their scam…they prey on you, charge whatever they want, the packaging is all black so you can’t see how much is actually inside and then you’re stuck as you can’t locate them to resolve. For all I know, the saleswoman sold me one of her tester kits she had been using on people all day & I got what was left over so she took my money & ran! Based on the amounts of complaints that I see on various websites, I realize must be their typical scheme. This company seriously needs to be put out of business.

Think about any beauty counter in a department store. Do they harass you? Do they tell you that you need fixing? Do they tell you that you can not return the product if it doesn’t suit you? The answers to all these questions are ‘NO!’. That is the same answer you need to help you decide if you should go into a Truffoire boutique.

This must be one of the most poorly reviewed companiesI cannot fully blame them for my stupidity in purchasing their products at an outlet mall in West Palm BeachI am usually not one to be swayed by these salespeople, but I fell for the product and it tightening my lines and bags under my eyes First clue: 1) in a mall; 2) putting product on me and seeing instant results; 3) the price was getting lower and lower; and 4) NO REFUNDS! I bought products and paid about $for each...I didn't even wait hours when I went back to the store to return it...BIG NOThe policy is no refunds but you can "exchange" for anything in the store for daysAgain, partly my fault because the sign posted on the register said NO REFUNDS in capital letters...I saw days posted and thought they weren't going to allow refunds days after purchase I pleaded with the store upon returning explaining that I impulsively bought the products but it was too expensive for me and I had medical items to purchase for my son...they didn't care Needless to say, I left very annoyed, aggravated, and disgusted with the company and myself

I came across Truffoire while on a trip with my wife to Hawaii, about a year ago and we were offered to try some of their skincare products, have to admit being skeptical at first and also giving the fact that the products aren't cheap we purchased few products like the White Truffle Moisturizer, the Black Truffle Vitamin C Cleanser, Vitamin C Serum and few other ones and I have to admit, after using it for almost a year now, it is definitely WORTH every penny
Never thought that any product would give such an amazing results and I will keep using it every single day

Oct28, my husband I were visiting the shops in Haleiwa, HawaiiA girl from the TRUFFOIRE store offered me a free sample She said she had another one to give me and took me into the store She asked her colleague (Leonardo) to help me, he asked me to sit down in a chair and I told him I was not interested in doing a facial or buying anything He put some repair serum by my right eye, I felt it tighten the skin as it dried and appeared smoother He said he was one of the owners and was going to sell me the repair serum for $"a $value" He would also include a facial now I resisted but he promised more freebeesHe said he would give me access to all of their products, that I would have to commit to only using their products and I could have everything I needed to take care of my skin “from head to toes”He handed a shipping form to me to sign but I couldn't put my reading glasses on over the eye cream so he whipped thru it explaining it was just so the package

The pricing may out off in thinking is it really worth spending that muchBelieve me, I had the same doubt but tried one to experience it first-handI can assure you that for the pricing it is worth usingThe product is fantastic and nothing I have been using before
If you really care for your skin and want to fight off different facial issues, these products are definitely commendable to tryI have recommended Truffoire to my friends as well

§ We were walking by the Truffoire store on Waikiki beach We had no intention of buying anything in this store but we were lured in by a salesperson Chanel out front with a promise to "fix the bags under ***s eyes" The treatment on Oct29th by sales person Chanel on eyes provided instant results but the results did not hold hours… It was a gimmick to get client in store We fell for it We bought $eye treatment§ We were then convinced that the sales person Sandy around the corner could demo how another product and machine is better than injecting Botox Again, the results were immediate She convinced us…We signed for $of machine and product, $on a *** card, $on *** card§ Within hours, I had an adverse reaction to product line I, should have known better because there was no health history or concerns about skin reacting She did not clean my skin before treatment§ Later, my Esthetician confirmed that the Truffoire product and LED Light Therapy device gave me a severe case of Contact Dermatitis, and has proven I cannot use these products long term§ We have been unable to contact their customer service or the store§ We returned the product, unopened After months, we are still seeking a full refund
