I shopped around and got several tree work estimates, and True Timber's was the most reasonable. I had to wait approximately 7 weeks from signing the service agreement to when the work began, which I was told ahead of time how long the wait would be. The crew came out when they were expected for the 2 day job. They completely removed one large tree and trimmed up another on the first day. I was told that on the second day their machinery that was needed for the second day to take the large chunks of the removed tree was broken. I had to wait an additional week for the rest of the large tree to be removed. At the completion of the work, I received my bill by e-mail that said there was an additional service fee if I wanted to pay by credit card. This was not discussed as part of my original contract, so the company did waive that fee. Overall the crew and office employees were courteous and helpful, and the work did get done. Minor annoyances with the process was still worth the cost.

They have done work for us three times over the last two years and I cannot say enough nice things about them. They are not only very personable to work with but the workmanship is excellent. The team does a very professional job and always cleans-up thoroughly once the job is complete. I would recommend them any day of the week.
