On 1/7/a crew was
dispatched to the location to perform the work and returned the following day
to complete the jobAs far as we knew the job was completed and the project
was closed
On 1/18/our sales
consultant *** *** received an e-mail from customer *** *** indicating
that the job had not been completed
On 1/19/*** ***
replied stating that we were unaware the job was incomplete and we would try to
resolve the issue ASAP
We were not aware of any
outstanding issues until *** *** contacted us on 1/18/We immediately
opened communications with Mr*** and developed a plan to correct any
issuesMr*** appears in a number of e-mails to be satisfied with the
progression of the solution up until the timing of an apparent miscommunication
because on 1/28/*** *** received an e-mail from *** *** stating that
he would be continuing a complaint since he had not heard from anyone at
TruTeam for a week although on 1/20/*** *** sent *** *** an e-mail advising
him that an installer would go to the site the following day to investigate the
issues and install hangers and an installer was dispatched on 1/21/to finish
the work*** *** informed Mr*** that the installer had finished the
work on 1/21/and was told Mr*** would inspect the work that weekend and
get back to us
On 2/12/our crew met
with *** *** at the jobsite and made all necessary corrections requested by
Mr***Mr*** stated that he was satisfiedOur production manager Joe
Flores sent *** *** an e-mail on 2/15/to confirm that the issues are
resolved and that he is satisfied but Mr*** has not responded
