PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...We called Truserv due to a back up problem with our washing machine drainage. They came to my home and snaked the drain. less than one week later it was was backed up again. We called to advise that the problem was not fixed..the backup had started again..We were told they will not come back out and did not guarantee work unless they actually replace something. We paid close to $200.00 for nothing!!!
This place was recommended by a website I found on-line
I will also post this information on every site I can so that others do not get "screwed" like we did!
