inconvenience with the order. When we promote products, we do our very best to estimate the exact inventory levels that will fulfill every consumer order for an item. However, despite our best efforts, it is difficult to tell exactly how many products will be ordered and we sometimes run out of inventory. That being said, we do have the item in stock today and will provide it to the consumer at the sale price. My apologies on behalf of True Value Company for the delay in responding. I received a letter from the Revdex.com today regarding this complaint and this was the first I was made aware that it had been submitted by the consumer. I have followed up with the Chicago office off the Revdex.com to be sure...
that all contact information is correct. That being said, our Customer Support for [redacted] spoke with the consumer last week. Although the order updated to shipped on our website, when the consumer contacted the local store about the shipment, the store indicated that they had not received it. Our Customer Support Specialist offered to ship the item directly to the consumer's home, however, he declined and requested a refund.
