I paid a $fee ($each for myself and spouse) Notified of an issue with my application, various communications not returned
I submitted an application for a rental property with this company on 3/18/I got a call from a cell phone that evening from a representative for this company stating there was a computer glitch and I needed to submit further documents (photo ID, income verification.) I explained that I saw no place to attach these documents on the application and was told I would get an email that I could reply to so I could send themI got no email, repeated calls to the number received no responseI tried to call the 1-number associated with the website, again, no responseI tried to email from the application's 'contact us' option and when I try to send the message, I get asked to prove that I'm not a robot but there is no option to prove it from that pageI emailed ***@truerealestatemanagement.com on 3/19/and have received no responseI underst
