the agency was paid in the amount of $503.00 for a service that I cannot use, I am not able to use they did give me any possible to continue using website." ***" I have sent *** numerous time a ticket to speak to someone no one got back to me at all. yet two months age they took money from my account acting as they gave me service I had to claim a refund for that money. yet they still did not acknowledge me as customer in the whole. I would like a refund in the amount of $299.00 to be returned to my account.
