True Grit

I purchased a True Grit pullover on November 23 at C & D Ski shop in Amarillo Texas. Now on December 23, it is totally flat where my seat belt is worn. The rest of it looks very worn also. This is a high dollar product for such a poor quality.

Purchased a True Grit pullover in Decemember. It is March, I have worn it maybe 5 times. Now, the front of it is flat! It does not even look good anymore just after having it for 3 months. I washed it today thinking it would help it, but to no avail it is the exact same! Can someone help me understand why it does this? One can email me at [email protected] If they do this only after wearing a few times, they are not worth almost $150 dollars. That is a rip off. If it is a simple fix, please enlighten me! Thanks!

Review: On 1/22/15 I returned 2 True Grit pullovers to True Grit. On 2/9/15 I received a refund confirmation from [redacted] stating a refund was being issued to me for 1 True Grit pullover. From 2/9/15 until today 2/20/15, I have emailed both [redacted] and True Grit customer service a total of 7 times asking for help to resolve this issue! I have not received ANY responses back!!! All I want is a refund!Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund!!
