I ordered some products from True Foods, only to be charged and immediately refunded with no explanation whatsoeverThe website is up and running and the product I ordered still remains many more availableCurious to why that is, I contacted the company by email and by phone, leaving messages and they never returned my calls and emailsWhen I looked the company up, there are fake websites associated with it and a man's name "david s***" of Mclean, Vawith a Connecticut phone number and things just started looking not right to meThe company says it's owned by a Japanese woman in Vermont as mentioned in their "About Us" section of website, but nothing makes any sense to thatTheir recordings say they "value each call and will get back as soon as possible" but yet they don'tThe recordings are the same and seem legitimate at the first go but actually aren'tMade me very nervous that I gave them my credit card information
