True Blue Car Wash Operations

My 2007 *** was brought through the car wash on Saturday, December 7, 2019. Immediately upon arriving home, we noticed the damage along the drivers' side (front and rear) doors and the car was brought back to the location. The staff on site at the time noted the damage and filed a complaint with their corporate location (supposedly ***??) that same day. They did mention that since it was below freezing temperature that sometimes the bristles get frozen and causes scratches on the vehicle. We were to receive a call back and two weeks later still had not been contacted. We then returned to the location and was told to go to the ***, *** location to see if they can "buff out the scratches". A visit to the *** location proved useless since the employee there notified us that it cannot be buffed out and we were to bring the car to a local auto body shop. On Monday, January 13, 2020, we brought the *** to the recommended auto body shop who then prepared the estimate of damages and forwarded to the *** location as they had requested. On Friday, January 31, 2020, I received a call from the *** manager who stated he did not know who I was and didn't understand why we were bringing the car to the auto body shop. The result of the conversation was that the two car washes are not interconnected and that the *** location has nothing to do with the *** location. He told me I had to work with the manager of ***. That same day I had interaction with the *** manager who stated he was following up with the "claim to corporate" and would have an answer for me on Monday, February 3, 2020. I did give a few days to hear back from that manager, and have called and left voice mail messages. At this time, I have yet to hear anything and it is now two full months since the original date of the issue occurance.

My car was damaged 3/9/19 at Personal Touch Car Wash in North Providence. After multiple unanswered calls , I returned to the car wash three times try to resolve this issue. They took photos when it first happened and in spite of inquiries about filling out a form, they said it wasn’t necessary. They finally sent me to their repair person 3/21 for an estimate of the damage which they then submitted to “corporate “ in Texas. Still have not heard from them and I have made three more calls to their repair person who called different people while I was on the phone with him , without getting results from corporate .Please advise.
